Claudia Tremblay is self-taught. Her illustrations evoke peace, harmony but also a certain melancholy. The themes she choses to illustrate reveal everyday life scenes of dreamy children and trees with infinite branches. Claudia started her career by painting Maya women while working with them for over 13 years.
The atmosphere that prevailed in Guatemala set the tone for hundreds of paintings. Beauty, serenity, bright colors, but also a mystery pervades the canvas she cover in oil crylics and gold leaf.
