Arbitrary Rendezvous is an ongoing project that is exactly what it implies…random encounters that I have while walking through the streets of Warsaw or wherever I may be. I like casual moments that allude to something a little mysterious, dynamic or unusual and with a cinematic feel to them. For the last decade I have been collecting moments and scenes that celebrate randomness and how the day never ends quite like I thought it might anyway. There is something extraordinary about all of it and secrets that seem to be revealed when I least expect them.
Whether its through a reflection in a window, a puddle that offers some new life, a tram window or people crossing the street I enjoy the idea of all of these encounters and moments as I come across them and the people that fill them. Photography has allowed me to find a story beneath the ordinary everyday life that we lead and has given me a dynamic perspective to be able to tell it.
