I am a traditional pencil and graphite artist/illustrator based in the beautiful county of Dorset, England.
I was raised in the New Forest National Park, and along the South Coast. As such, my work has evolved naturally to become a celebration of British nature and coastal treasures.
Being surrounded by an abundance of inspiration everyday, I find myself drawn to flowers, foliage, fossils, shells and animals.
My love for pencils and graphite evolved whilst studying illustration at University. I adore their simplicity, and ability to produce complex detail, and atmosphere.
I have felt exceptionally privileged to be involved with some wonderful exhibitions in the UK and USA these past few years. They have allowed me to expand my artistic horizons, and opened doors to some wildly varied subjects. It feels great to have raised money for conservation charities as well; and giving back to organisations who protect the subjects I adore so much.
The foundation of my work is really to create something beautiful; that will make you smile.
