I work nights so take a lot of photos after work on those misty nights when everything becomes a lot more atmospheric. I’ve become used to working alone in the early hours of the morning. Trying not to create too much suspicion as I set up my tripod and stand still in the middle of the road for 20 seconds trying to take a photograph! But it’s those quiet places that I find really inspiring. Finding an abandoned cottage on a hillside on a November day or a country lane away from any houses at 3am can be both eerie and beautiful.
