I cut, glue, sew and write short visual stories. I use different materials, fragments of history, memories, mix of cultures, geographies, opposite places, destructuring of memories, old images, typefaces, textiles, threads that unite the parts of a new reality, equally variable, both of the original. idea and creation of the work, based on the narration of each viewer.
My creation process can be passionate, intuitive, random, imperfect, a state of meditation, vital. Other times, in contrast, part of a specific theme or phrase, is where it becomes more methodical, looking for pieces that fit that preconceived idea or adding simple drawings to my illustration.
