I try to visualise and express my feelings through a use of mixed media and collage. I often use some type of photographical element to express and connect with the human element of my art. The juxtaposition with hand drawn elements and patterns helps me offer a better visual language and I feel portrays the story I want to tell. Using a mixture of medium such as crayon, paint and pencil gives the work fluidity and an organic feel. The subject matter usually depends on how I am feeling in the moment and what I want to say. There is no set regime and I can be inspired by anything from music to social or political matters.
