I am a professional artist. I’m currently based in Moscow & work as a freelance illustrator. I enjoy sketching the most, and my goal is to make my illustrations as lively as sketches I do on a spot.
My pictures are commonly a scene with a complicated mixture of people and animals. I especially love drawing dog people: I find this theme ever-inspiring for the endless variety of different shapes and sizes.I normally go for an old-fashioned, traditional, realistic image like in the examples I attach. I strive to keep the spirit of analogue materials in my digital art.
I’m especially influenced by lithography that I studied back in uni.I like analogue techniques as well as digital and sometimes combine them.
I like to practise different styles and materials in order not to lose the freedom of creativity. Although my themes may vary, I would describe my vibe as cute, anxious, dynamic and a bit chaotic.
