Aldo Cherres is a Peruvian American artist who has exhibited in the United States and abroad. He characterizes his work as being mostly objective and yet imbues it with deeper meaning. Cherres interprets both simple and complex concepts that question our very existence; how we navigate our daily lives, our decision making and problem solving processes and how we’re able to thrive. He is fascinated by the human experience, our roles and relationships with others and with nature. His art is a reflection of his innate curiosity and optimism.
