Aisylu Zaripova is Tbilisi based young artist with the background in architecture. She finished art school and then she got Bachelor degree in architecture. And now Aisylu uses all her experience in current artworks.
She works in different mediums and techniques and creates architectural fantasies, drawings watercolour paintings and book illustrations. Her main sources of inspiration are urban space, constructions and industrial architecture. Opposite to strict and brutal architectural artworks she creates watercolour illustrations based on stories and tales of her hometown in Tatarstan. Also, she travels a lot to explore new cultures and places.
In 2018 she was a finalist in “Krob” Drawing Competition (USA). In 2019 was collaboration with a perfume brand “Les Elixir” (New York). Also, she has an art blog and in 2019 – 2021 she was “Lamy Fountain Pen” Ambassador. In 2022 she took part in Tbilisi Watercolor Festival.
