Ronny has been intensively involved with photography since 2007, which led him to found his project “Håggard Photography” in 2010. Since then, the architecture and landscape photographer has mainly focused professionally on photographing hotels, restaurants and event locations, serves various print and online media and devotes his photo assignments to the photographic documentation of events and trade fairs. In addition to his commissioned work, the photographer always tries to keep an eye on his free work.
In order not to lose himself and to train his own creativity, Ronny Behnert spends as much time as possible traveling to different countries. Selected photo series from Scandinavia, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Japan and Venice have already been presented in well-known national and international photo magazines.His work has received the Sony World Photography Award in the Landscape category, the International Photography Award, the Monochrome Award and the German Photo Prize for Photographer of the Year.
The photographer was also shortlisted for the Felix Schoeller Photoaward, was a finalist and candidate for the European Professional Photographer of the Year Award and was nominated for the B&W Spider Awards and the International Color Awards, among others.Ronny Behnert has been a co-photographer and brand ambassador for the filter manufacturer Haida since 2019. He also expanded the Samyang community as a brand ambassador between 2020/2021.
