ELIN HELLBERG

I paint as a way to cope with what’s going on in my life and as a reflection of my experiences. My art is very personal many of my ideas come from abstract and humorous interpretations of situations or quotes from songs and some have a deeper meaning. I’m having so much fun creating and expressing myself through my creatures, plants and clouds.

However, it hasn’t always been this way. I have struggled and still struggle with hypochondria, psychosis and social anxiety. A few years ago, my art was much darker. But I’ve grown as a person, and now I just want to share joy and happiness through my art!
