I’m an artist living in the north of Germany. As an optician working in the field of visual merchandising, compositions, shapes and expression through colour are an important topic in my daily life.
I am very passionate about watercolour. I love that it’s so unpredictable, immediate, vibrant and honest. How you think and feel will be visble in your watercolour paintings.
With using several techniques, I developed my own style necessary to effectively communicate my impressions. Feeling a deep connection with nature, watercolour allows me to reflect my emotions as well as to express the poetic impressions rich, wild, silent beauty of the visible and invisible landscapes.

I saw some of your work on INSTAGRAM and was intrigued by the technique. I am particularly interested in moving images of the pigment flowing across the paper. I wondered if you show those videos anywhere and/or write or talk about your process.

Claudia. Love your work. I’ve tried it with watercolor pigment and it works great. what kind of paper so you use. I’m using Arches cold press 140 lb.
