These photographs are made by manipulating the camera and producing images without the use of filters, digital adjustments, or colored lighting. I position the camera to destabilize it and make use of the digital algorithm in order to capture the effects, making visible the camera as a tool. This process raises questions about perception, impermanence, and the role of the photograph as documentation.
