‘Naomi is a Belfast-based, Irish oil paint artist.
Naomi’s work explores beauty in the natural landscape. In a chaotic, materially driven world, her paintings ask the viewer to pause for a moment to remember the beauty of nature.
Naomi paints with a focus on light, challenging herself to capture the splendour of a sunset pouring light across the sea, or the ethereal dappling shadows of sunlight leaking through trees.
Her practice is driven by both a need to create, and a desire to communicate the beauty of the world in which we live.
