My interest in drawing began during high school years, where I used excessive amounts of black ink to put down on paper the mysterious things that lurked my adolescent mind. After years of practicing supernatural powers to keep those drawings away from anyone to see, I realised that drawing created a comfortable place to express these thoughts.
During late college years, I took those drawings a bit further, realising that the world of children’s illustration, its whimsical, fun and captivating nature is where I found myself to feel at home. Since then I’ve been on a mission of creating playful characters that youngsters will love, focusing primarily on educational material, such as elementary school textbooks and picture books nurturing and teaching young minds.
