INO is a visual artist from Greece that studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts and is worldwide known for his large scale murals. During his studies he attended workshops in photography, engraving, sculpture, multimedia, hyper-media, typography, and graphic design.
His main inspiration comes out of the aspects of the human nature. INO’s first experimental pieces emerged the year 2000, when he started creating graffiti fonts and characters. Gradually his work evolved into figurative painting. INO’s images are characterised by fragmented forms and a grayscale palette with touches of light blue.
In recent years, INO has participated in various art projects and exhibitions in Europe, America and the Middle East. Among others, he has worked with National Geographic, Christie’s Auctions, Onassis Cultural Centre, Avicii, Nike, Billabong, Converse, Story Nightclub (Miami Beach), FCB (New York), Aldar Properties (Abu Dhabi) and The Coca Cola Company (Central & Southern Europe).
His work has been featured in numerous publications as well as Reuters, The Guardian, Forbes and the New York Times.
