I am a London based artist and illustrator. I specialise in fantastical visions of the past, the present and the future with a surrealist, contemporary illustrative style using mostly graphite, ink and watercolour, capturing fine details.
I enjoy dystopian and utopian narratives in my work, with comments on nature and fears about climate change having featured in some of my work.
Surreal touches can be found in my characters, often looking like robots or marionettes. Industrial forms mix with organic matter, jungles and flowers, city scapes and machinery, alternative realities, natural forms and portraiture.
I like to tell stories as much as possible, capturing mood and emotion in the objects I draw. One of my favourite concepts, and a subject I revisit constantly, is failed industry, rusted objects becoming humanised with a suit and tie.
