Nestled amidst the serene hills of Krokskogen, Norway, I have crafted an artistic sanctuary, where my passion for art and calligraphy flourishes. Hailing from an ethnic minority family background in Indonesia, my creative journey began under the guidance of my grandfather, a skilled painter and photographer in his own right.
A current BFA student at the esteemed Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO), I draw inspiration from acclaimed artists like Gerald Scarfe, Mark Wilkinson, Maurits Escher, and Gottfried Honegger. My early successes in art competitions as a young girl encouraged me to embrace my dreams, leading me to study Interior Design in the enchanting town of Firenze, Italy, on a scholarship.
As I settled in the captivating city of Rome, I navigated through life’s uncertainties and challenges. My artistic pursuits did take a backseat during that time, but the experiences enriched my soul and shaped my artistic vision in unexpected ways. Destiny, with its gentle nudges, had its plans for me. It was there, amidst the rich tapestry of history and culture, that I encountered my Norwegian soulmate. I then relocated to Norway, resuming and intertwining my artistic journey with the mystifying beauty of the land of majestic fjords, towering mountains, northern light, and midnight sun.
